What it is
SmartLemon partners with $1M–$20M Shopify DTC brands at the inflection where spreadsheets stop scaling — where channel ROAS, contribution margin, inventory health, and cash flow each live in a different tool and decisions get made on the highest-confidence-sounding pivot table in the room.
The practice spans three engagement tiers, all built around the same core motion of getting the data right, then steering on it:

Why this exists
Most DTC brands at $1M–$20M don't need another agency or another dashboard tool. They need someone who has run growth ops inside a brand, can sit in the spreadsheet with them, and can ship the tooling that closes the analytics gap rather than just diagnosing it.
