White Chicken Chili

Ingredients:
1 pound chicken, cubed 1 medium onion, diced 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder 1 Tablespoon oil 2 (15.5 oz) cans great northern beans, rinsed 1 (14.5 oz) can chicken broth 2 (4oz) cans green chilies, chopped 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1 teaspoon oregano 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 cup sour cream 1/2 cup heavy cream

I often dice up a fresh jalapeno pepper to add to the soup to give it a little more kick.
*Tip - I buy a jar of RAND great northern beans and don’t drain them - just dump the whole thing in.
